How do you create lasting impact on universities?

Having been a college student myself and working at a financial institution in the heart of a college community, I take a realistic approach, meeting students where they are. Each seminar is customizable, whether for an entire student body or to specific classes, Freshman - Post Doctorates. Each having a unique position in the world, we ensure we don’t leave anyone out from basic savings principles to buying a home.

What methods do you utilize when conducting life coaching?

Like any coach or should I say, what each coach should do? We start by listening, understanding where you are in life and then setting forth actionable tasks for you to meet. Through subsequent discussions, we determine how the changes are holding, checking to see if there are modifications needed to help meet the desired outcome. Change doesn’t happen overnight, it’s about habits becoming permanent.

What is your background with leadership development?

Having worked in banking for 11 years with 8 of those years dedicated to leading people, I’ve come to understand there’s a subtle art to first leading ones’ self and developing an environment for growth. Each leader has skills that can achieve additional mastery or awakening. Having participated in two leadership programs, there are easy and actionable things to teach and foster in others.
